Dalmia Bharat Group launched Nalanda, the Dalmia School of Leadership, Learning, and Change (LLC), in August 2014.

It aims to develop progressive business leaders for the Dalmia Bharat Group who will help the group further diversify and grow its business. It works on the simple target that every CEO for our new business should come from within the group. Our holistic learning modules are a mix of class room, on the job and experiential learning and covers every aspect of business leadership and personal leadership through emotional and spiritual well-being.

Karma – Walk the Talk

A week long programme that teaches leadership in a novel and fun way, where the learners trek the Himalayan mountain ranges in Himachal and Sikkim and pick up vital lessons and skills through hands-on experiences during the journey. ... The peak height to be trekked is approximately 14,000 ft. and candidates face some of the most difficult terrains on earth, like rocky mountains, snowy stretches, steep inclines and declines, hazardous bends and icy cold waters.
